There may be more to this than meets the eye. Native Americans have rights to their land that others don't. For instance casino gambling is illegal here but the Native Americans can have casinos. Maybe if the government steps in on guns strongly the Native Americans might just tell them to jump in the lake it's on our land. Just a thought. I also heard the Bankruptcy was going to be filed in Alabama.

I have always contended that Tribal governments should actually use their sovereign immunity, rather than just squawk about it. They could revolutionize the manufacture of products like guns that carry significant liability. They should also manufacture airplane parts, football helmets, and medical devices.
While the downside would be 10's of thousands of lawyers out of work, imagine the manufacturing renaissance.:flush:
On topic, I can't remember a time in the last several decades when some iconic firearm manufacturer was being reorganized. The industry is notoriously fluid if you ask me.
