Pizza Dough
This is the recipe for the best Pizza Dough I have made yet. super simple. It came on with a nice crunch yet still chewy with good rise.
3.5 cups bread flour, 2 teaspoons salt, one rounded teaspoon of sugar, two tablespoons of olive oil, one packet of fast acting yeast. tablespoon of rosemary, tablespoon of garlic powder. 1 1/4 cups of warm water. mix and let it proof for an hour in a proofing dish/tin lightly coated in olive oil (brush the top with olive oil too.
