Only way to get rid of them.
A few years ago I was entering Davis-Mothan AFB in Tucson.. car in front of me “ran the gate” (jilted girlfriend?) .. The sentry initially yelled at her when she failed to use the “turn around” lane to exit the base as instructed. He then reached and pressed a discreetly placed “red button” raising two sets of bollards and trapping the gate runner in an a closed section of entry road.. the sided of the entry road were decorated/ landscaped in a way that prevented driving over the curb.
Well.. within seconds base security cars began to arrive.. well armed and protected a perimeter was established behind protection.. the woman thread her keys out and then exited the car under their command..
Definitely a prepared and practiced security force..
And we had a front row seat.. first vehicle behind the closed gate.. in the 7.3 with the A/C blasting..
We bid on installing some of these on one of the national nukular labs. :smokin:
