This is the one I have. I have a similar one at the cottage but I prefer this one because of a better grip with the handle. The one at the cottage has a round handle.
I have a wood block on the counter and for the two highest use blades I leave them on the cutting board with edge protectors on them. As soon as I am done prepping I wash and dry them, and clean the cutting board.

I have magnetic strips on the kitchen backboards with a line metal knives stuck there. Doesn’t work on the ceramic knives obviously.
