It appears to me that he may be in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government". Of course, he worded it as a question which may cover his arse.

I think it sad, that so little has been said (it is a virtual silence) in the conservative circles in Congress condemning this latest assault on our democracy. Silence is not going to make this travesty disappear----holding the door open will not suffice---he needs to be thrown out in a public show of disgust.:redmad:
