The video looked to me as if the stream was a bit more than straight-up gasoline and looks like it had some gelatin added to make a napalm. I remember the last time they were having big riots in Israel, and reading the Israelis were spraying protestors with a stink spray that would not come off. Seems I haven't seen very many stories of riots there lately.
