In my mind, the most noble end for the sacrificed bird is not the center position on the Thanksgiving day dinner table but the days following, placed between slices of bread and joined by lettuce, tomato and mayo :bowdown: :drool:
I was invited over to my buddy's house again yesterday (and even remembered to keep my feet off the table)...He smoked two turkeys, and his wife is an excellent artist in the kitchen, so I came home with enough leftovers to keep me happy for a few days...:yum:...Ben
Perfect to add the leftover cranberry to the sandwich.
Yeah, it's a holiday with substantial leftovers. :cool:
