Sounds interesting on various cuts of meat.
Speaking of Waygu beef, I ran across another interesting article explaining that all Wagyu is far from the same. Btw, my one experience eating Wagyu at a chi-chi steak house in Galveston left me unimpressed but my wife (who has much better and refined tastes than myself) was made a believer. Heavy (28-40 day) dry-aged Prime is King to me. The outlet gave no info on their aging process as far as I could find.
