Excellent score

...from my Amish Grocery Store. They never cease to amaze me. The Amish and Old Order Mennonites eat a rather bland diet---but they don't miss a chance to recognize a market and capitalize on it :flip:

Along with the ghost pepper powder were misc other goodies and spices (star anise et al) and there was a big selection of homemade egg noodles that fell into my basket along with various kinds of rice. I
don't know how it is that they can take something as simple as flour, eggs and salt and make it taste so much better than the ubiquitous cellophane packaged ones at the "english store", it has to be a difference in the flour:clap:
