I never thought I'd see a sitting President call for boycotts of an American company over politics.
Wow - just wow.
Hunter
Big deal. Goodyear corporate didn't authorize the ban and says they support law enforcement and don't want political attire at work. A lot of BS about nothing.
Trump is a showman, and he needed something to bark to move the crowd over to his tent while the other barkers were flopping down the midway. You guys were paying attention — it worked.
Trump lives in your head, Dave.
So, using your logic, a president isn’t responsible for the actions of those that report to him? They admitted it happened. I would think that if one of my employees acted, even against company policy, that the company is responsible for those actions.
I can just hear the new Goodyear defense, “ I’m sorry, your honor, mr.Dummy decided to get drunk and run over that bus of nuns in a company truck, on company time, but I should not be held liable, because his actions were not authorized.”
Realistically, I wish Trump would just put his head down and go to work. A lot can be accomplished if you concentrate more on work than what others are doing. I wish that the Democrats would have given him six months, or a year in office before they announced they were going to impeach him, because I think an immediate announcement diluted their message.
What I fear is that if he wins this election, he will be a lame duck that takes an incredibly hard left turn.
