This nut job will never be able to live in our society. He should be locked up for the rest of of his life in a men's prison with no chance of parole.
Whatever it is the only view it should have is concrete walls and bars.
Many make it on the outside. When they don't, it's a matter of looking at the Parole Process. My guess is they're doing a post-mortem review as we speak.
I had friends on the Parole Board. No one person makes a decision supporting release, but they all live with the results (as do we).

Yes. Most of us have worked in careers wherein a mistake negates profits or impacts a product. When a Parole Board makes a mistake it can be life-altering for other people.
