Cenosillicaphobia is a fear of an empty glass. Sufferers experience fear of seeing an empty glass, it may be a beer glass, a wine glass, or a cocktail glass. "Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia" is the fear of long words.
I cannot absorb these new words into my vocabulary because the current national emergency has reduced me to a state of Omphaloskepsis, and I am very lachrymose about it.
